When you purchase something from our store (offline), as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This page governs our offline store terms and conditions and return policies as accordingly and may change from time to time without prior notice to customers. By buying products or making a sale with us you agree to accept our terms and condition placed by us to protect our customers and people working for us.
  • An order is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers responsibility to thoroughly check the products purchased in the store before buying.
  • Offline store products cannot be returned or refunded only exchange is accepted.
  • Exchange / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
  • Customers can get an exchange on the basis of change in colour of the same product if available at that time in the store 
  •   If eligible other product can be exchanged of the same price of their choice (check eligibility at offline store) 
  •   If higher priced product is to be exchanged by giving back a lower priced product then the differential price will be paid by the customer.
  •   Any damages in the product can be exchanged prior the purchase was within 3 days.
  •   All our products are thoroughly checked and stocked in our counters. If by any unforeseen human error from our side can happen anytime.
  •   And by mistake a damaged product was given to the customers, then the customer is able to get a exchange on the same.
  •   If the same product is not available then a similar product can be exchanged.
  •   Jari and colour or anything pertaining to the product cannot be guaranteed upon wrong usage.
  •   In case of exchange customers should make sure to retain the price tag, bill and original condition of the product.
